When arriving in Prague, my company got the immigration paperwork sorted out so my experience with Kentic has been somehow limited to flat hunting. However, just for that, they have proven to be great added value, even though I finally found the offer that I chose, they found a direct contact with the landowner, getting in the process a better price than I would, they arranged the visit, got the contract sorted out (in Czech and in English) For me who hates paperwork, they have proven a far greater value than just an English/Czech speaking interface. Highly recommended!
